How to do industrial without being cold?

You can always add bold colors, but to stay with the industrial feeling, most people will avoid bold colors and just bring in various materials. As easy as it is to lean heavy into the grey tones, warmer colors will bring the environment from sterile and cookie-cutter to comfortable and welcoming.
